No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges
We do not accept returns within our policy, unless the wrong item was sent or your order arrives damaged and meets our standards for replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, you will need the receipt/proof of purchase and provide evidence of damage item. To start the replacement process, contact us at pixelpusher@yurijai.com. Please note that damaged items will need to be sent to a designated address during the process.
